        Hi There,

My name is Wendell Whitney Thorne and I'm a former Attorney who specialized in Criminal Defense and Employment Discrimination.  Several years ago, I decided to move away from the practice; I'd begun a burgeouning family and found I wanted to be a great father more than a great lawyer.  Now I own and operate an Old Fashioned Gentleman's Barbershop in Bradenton, Florida, and am the proud father of four awesome children.

I earned a B.A. in Creative Writing from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Tennessee College of Law, and wrote an opinion column for three years in Asheville.

I enjoy writing these books, and I fervently pray you enjoy reading them.

I thank you for checking this site out.

Oh, and it shouldn't be long before my first novel, On The Dead Run will be available as well.  Also, I'm hard at work on my second novel, When October Goes, so check back now and then.

Check me out on Authors Den http://www.authorsden.com/visit/author.asp?authorid=103265
